·         Should have Plastics engineering educational background or have worked for at least 3 years in Plastics processing company

·         Should manage shift independently for extrusion blow molding components of 5 liter or above capacity

·         Knowledge of processing problems and remedies

·         Managed work force in shift

·         Able to set new molds, blow pin etc.

·         Should have experience on PLC controlled latest machines.
